Refundable Deposit
A deposit of $200 is required for all rentals. Once the machine is returned and confirmed to be in good working condition, your deposit will be refunded via PayNow within 7 working days.
Required Environment
A readily accessible electrical point in a dry, well-ventilated area with hard flooring is required.
Clean & Ready to Use
Every rental machine is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, and tested before it reaches you—so your cat gets a fresh start every time.
No Cleaning Needed
When it’s time to return the machine, simply pack into the carrier that came with it and send it back as is. We’ll handle the deep cleaning for you!
Priority for Extension
Should you wish to extend your experience beyond the initial 14 days, simply let us know. We’ll be pleased to offer you a preferential rate tailored for a longer rental.
