Refundable Deposit
A deposit is required for all rentals. Once the machine is returned and confirmed to be in good working condition, your deposit will be refunded via PayNow within 7 working days.

Clean & Ready to Use
Every rental machine is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, and tested before it reaches you—so your cat gets a fresh start every time.

No Cleaning Needed
When it’s time to return the machine, simply pack into the carrier that came with it and send it back as is. We’ll handle the deep cleaning for you!
